Original Artworks

  • Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

Prints & Other Items

  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at aidanphelan569@gmail.com. With photos of the issue.

  • If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Conditions for Return Approval

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After this window, we may have already started preparing your order and cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
